Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new ride, but if your Bobbin product isn't quite right, you can return it within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unassembled condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble your bike or accessory and place it back into its original box with all protective padding to ensure it reaches us safely.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  We will arrange a convenient courier pickup for large items like bicycles, or provide a prepaid label for smaller accessories and helmets.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
